Registration includes:
Thursday night Hierarchical Keynote with dinner and reception, All Meals (served buffet style), Invited Plenary Speakers, Member Workshops, Panels, and Papers, Exhibit/Vendor Hall, Networking, Fellowship, welcome packet, name tags, dedicated rooms for presentations and exhibit hall, a break room in the Conference Center, a quiet common area in the Lodge for fellowship, Orthodox services in the Lodge’s Chapel, Friday evening Experiential Workshops, and all ticketing system processing fees.
Book your lodging at the conference center:
Book rooms at our conference venue, University of St Mary of the Lake, by purchasing single or double occupancy nights in our ticketing system. Be sure to select each night you wish to stay. NEW THIS YEAR, double occupancy rooms will be booked and paid for by ONE person, while both roommates must indicate one another during registration.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible with our refund guidelines. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your registration. We ask for your patience as you make requests because all changes have to be made manually. We will do our best to accommodate all requests for changes.
• Registration changes should be requested by August 25.
• Any registration refund requests received after August 25 will likely not be reviewed until after the conference concludes.
• We ask that all lodging reservation changes be requested by August 25, including room type changes, roommate changes, date changes, and cancellations.
• All approved refunds will be processed minus a $25 processing fee.
